Sorena was glad to see that Sonicboom was quite effective, and was smiling encouragement at her Buizel, who seemed too caught up in the battle to notice. Swish wasn't too worried about the Larvitar catching her with a Bite. She was quite far away and Bite was a close-up move that had to be used by the face. Besides, Larvitars were not known for their speed, but Swish was not just about to give it any ground, the pounding in her tail reminded her to stay wary. Deciding to not be that bad of a sport, however, Swish ran towards the Larvitar in an effort to surprise.
Before the Larvitar could get close enough, though, the female weasel pokemon took a flying leap over the Larvitar. Jumping as high as she could so that the Larvitar couldn't jump up and Bite her that way. As a precaution, Swish had tucked in her legs so if it jumped higher than she precedented, she could jump off its face. Not to mention that it would be easy to release another Sonicboom attack.

Larvitar was struck again by the Sonicboom, feeling the heavy, painful blow. This wasn't so great, getting hit so much. He wasn't too keen on the fact that Swish was faster than he was, but could hardly give up. He wasn't raised to give up. This was important, and he would stick through it. He could do this. He knew he could, and no stupid weasel would get in his way. He looked at Swish, trying to see if he could find her weakness. She must have one, but he supposed that he might not be able to take advantage of a weakness due to her high speed level. Speaking of weaknesses, what was Larvitar's?
The future dragon snarled. The pitch of this snarl rose, until it was no longer a snarl but a piercing screech. This was a move, a Screech attack, designed to lower the opponent's Defense stat a lot. This would be good for Larvitar, because if his attacks hurt more, it would make up for the fact that they didn't hurt much.
