Third Match - Tori vs Amoretta

The crowd were all gathered and silently chatting between themselves before there was a loud explosion on stage and fumes covered the whole of the area. There was a loud gasp and everyone stared into the white fumed cloud. Two silhouettes appeared and then burst through the smoke. The figure of a young man and his Marill appeared and there was a loud cheer. The boy was a graduate of Trinity Sky Pokemon Academy and had touched manby of the MIdnight Region's people's hearts. He bowed with the large and familiar grin on his face and said,
"Good Morning Midnight!!! I'm your commentator, judge and friend Connor SUmmerton. It's good to be back, isn't Marill?"
Marill nodded and winked at the audience as he called his name over and over again happily. Connor smiled and then addressed teh audience,
"It's now Starlight Stage' third match of the Opening Ceremony and things are getting underway. The match today is between two lovely ladies, one you've seen before at the other is yet to make an appearance on this stage. Please give a warm welcome to Tori and Amoretta!"
Connor held out an arm for one of the stage whilst Marill held out a hand to the other to welcome the competitors adn their Pokemon.

Okay she had gotten their a bit... late, to say the least. So, instead of like last time, she slowly made her way down the steps toward the stage. Teacup was ahead of her, choosing to leap four or five steps at a time instead of just one.

When the pair finally got to the stage, Amoretta reluctantly climbed the steps and stood in front of the crowd. She gave a nervous wave and the crowd exploded with cheers, making her jump.

Teacup, on the other hand, was relishing in the attention. She was showing off and posing just to make the crowd cheer her on. Despite all this, the little Magby couldn't help but wonder 'Wheres the other peoples?'.

Tori flapped her wings while she soared above the clouds with Shiva holding on tightly onto her shoulders. She flapped her wings a few times before she made a sharp spiralling turn downward. She was really late dure to some issues that she couldn't even remember well and she dived down ward passing the clouds to see the stage where her turn in the competition was. She flapped her wings a few times, slowing her speed until she was just a few meters away from landing on the stage. Shiva jumped off her back and slid herself onto the stage trying to show-off some glamour.

Tori on the other hand just swirved in the air and landed on the stage gently next to the other trainer who had beaten them there. Shiva walked to her trainer's side and raised her claws and cheers just filled the air as Shiva tried to act cool in every bit of her way. Tori just stood there, without others noticing how nervous she was she moved a wing to cover her body.
"Sorry we're late." Tori said to the other trainer she was faceing.
