This Time: Glameow
Next Time: Rilou
On Board: Eevee, Dratini
-- I said I would make the first post about the Rilou, but decided that this one would be better because it could be my entry for Angel's adoption plan. All of the one-shots shall be of varying lengths; from short drabbles to page filling mini- novels. Hope you all enjoy. --
A pair of blue eyes peered out of a golden thicket of grass. Wide with excitement, they watched as a Rattata chewed viciously on a seed.
Blue and white haunches bunched, ready to spring. A spring like tail brought itself closer to it's body. Fuzzy, pink filled ears lay flat upon their head.
With one fast movement, a Glameow pounced at the Rattata.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!?!"
Shocked by the shrill Screech, the Glameow missed her target and landed on her side.
The Glameow winced as it stood. That had hurt!
"Again I ask, what were you doing?!" A Purugly stomped angrily over to the Glameow, who was now cowering. "I have told you so many times that Pokemon of our grace, dignity, and beauty do not do things like that!"
The Purugly grasp the Glameow by the scruff of the neck and dragged her away from the golden grass thickets, and away from the Rattata who was now fleeing to it's den.
The next day had been a rainy one. Larger puddles of mud and muck covered the normally dusty landscape. In the very same small clearing the Rattata had been in, the same Glameow was splashing and rolling in a puddle.
Thick, gooey, sticky mud clung to her fur. She laughed as she flung large balls of goo in the surrounding grass, finding joy in watching mud covered Spearow leap out and fly away.
She was having so much fun that she didn't hear her mother's Screech of warning, or the dry crackling of a Manectric's Spark attack. She didn't hear the Spearow's squawk as the were stirred from their resting places, of the sound of grass being flattened and crushed.
The last thing she saw before everything blackened was the shadowy shape of a human hand.
It had now been three weeks since she had been kidnapped from her home. She missed the feel of the dirt on her pads, chasing unsuspecting Pokemon for sport, hearing the Spearow curse her for her pranks. But she would miss anything more that the pure torture she was receiving.
She had been turned into a pet. Every day she was put in this large, white thing that was filled with water. She could never go outside, and her "owner" liked to put frilly bows on her.
To make matters worse was that they had taken her mother to, who was currently in heaven and bragging about 'how lucky they were' every five minutes.
