With lucario still trying to get the hang of things, it was not at the top form. However, being newly evolved meant that it was not exactly at the bottom form either. It was closer to the top form anyway.
The Finneon, being 2 levels higher than the Lucario, knew it had an advantage. The Finneon, being at the lowest form whilst Lucario was at the highest, knew it had a disadvantage.
Meanwhile, as the Finneon was already trying to predict the match outcome, it didn't realise the Lucario approaching it at great speed. All of a sudden the Lucario lashed out at the Finneon and it flew back into the water. After a few moments of suspense, it popped back out for a score turn-around. It launched a Psybeam, it's egg move learned from a Female Lumineon and a Male Octillery. The yellow rings that descended from the Finneon wrapped around the Steel and Fighting-type pokemon, immobilizing it for a few seconds.
When the rings faded away, Lucario seemed dizzy. It was spinning around, almost Zombie-like, unaware about what was going on.
Oh no! Your Lucario is confused! Keep battling? or Flee/Give up?

Sulteron sighed in disappointment. No, this couldn't be happening! Mila couldn't be confused after just one turn! Man, she seemed to be pretty unlucky during battles. After all, there was only a ten percent chance a Pokémon would be confused by Psybeam, and of course her Pokémon were confused. She supposed the fact that Mila had only recently evolved was part of the problem, but it was still annoying. "Come on, Mila, you can do this! Concentrate really hard and use Quick Attack!" she called. Hopefully, he'd be able to think. After all, he was an intelligent Pokémon.
Mila himself felt quite dizzy, but that didn't matter. Dizzy was Goooood. With extra 'o's! And a capital 'g'! Heeheehee! Hey, wait; Sulteron was talking to him. He listened to what she was saying. A Quick Attack? On the Finneon, did she mean? Well, why not! If he didn't, she might be sad. And sad was bad. Grinning dully, Mila raced towards the Water type, aiming for Finneon. Would his attack hit?

Whether Sulteron sighed or not, the same outcome would come out. It wouldn't have much effect on the battle. Or did it?
Mila's eyes froze for a second. Or so the Finneon thought. It wasn't actually frozen, it was just under deep concentration. However, the Finneon didn't know this, so it lunged at the Lucario, preparing to use a Water Gun. This is where Lucario made it's move. It didn't look like anything. If you blink, you miss it. However, the Finneon did not miss it, and did not like any millisecond of it. Lucario moved at great speed, striking the Finneon down, and already, almost out. It blew the Finneon a few good metres away. And the blue fish landed in the water, where it resting for a few seconds. Then it popped up at an expected time and launched the Water Gun it was waiting to use.
A beam of aqua was shot towards Mila, getting him in the eye. But the shock of water, actually, un-confused the Aura Pokemon. And so really, the Fighting type really took the advantage of the move, not the Winged Fish.
Your Lucario's move was successful! Well Done! Do you wish to quit the match?

((I thought members were allowed to say whether the opponents attacks hit... also, I'll continue fighting, Finneon ish kewl)) Mila cried out in agony as the Water Gun struck his eye. True, he might have snapped back into focus with the shock of it, but it was twice as painful as usual, and super effective. Man, that hurt! Gritting his teeth and resisting clawing at his eye, which now made his vision blurred on one side, he blinked hard. He knew that if he scratched his eye, it would hurt more, but if he blinked, hopefully it would sting less.
Sulteron grinned as Mila's hit proved better than she'd hoped, but the grin was soon wiped off her face as she saw his pain at the Water Gun. Yowzers, that was a very good hit indeed. But she could hardly give up. Not until one of the Pokémon was defeated. She liked Finneon, and had the intention of catching this one before returning to the school for training. But now, the battle. Well, Mila only knew one offensive attack, so it was pretty obvious as to what move she'd use. "Quick Attack, Mila!" she called.
The Lucario dashed towards Finneon again. However, he stumbled; since he wasn't use to being evolved, he found it hard to run this fast without keeping an eye on where his feet were in relation to other stuff, but he continued the attack. However, it wasn't as fast as a result.

((I'm sorry i'm kinda new to this. I guess. Lol can you show me the post where it says all this? I don't appear to have read it... :S And i get to say whether your pokemon hit's the CPU right?))
Whether it was faster or slower, it hit. Not as powerful without the force, but it hit nonetheless. The Finneon flipped backwards onto the floor and you could see a red lining down it's body. It was quite a disturbing sight. But it jumped into the water to clear it up. It stayed there for a while. It was unknown why.
From the surface, a beam of water just shot at the Lucario. Finneon had used another Water Gun. It was not going to lose this battle.

ooc// I'm not sure if it says it anywhere, but it's what Angel was doing so I guessed that was how things went on this site.
ic// Mila looked a little scared at first with the sight of the Water Gun being prepared, but he took a deep breath to steady himself, listening for Sulteron's instructions. "Dodge with Quick Attack!" he heard her call, sounding confident. He could feel in her aura that she was, in fact, nervous, but didn't let her know that he knew this. He moved aside, out the attack's path, quick as you could blink, form a blur.
The Lucario chose to go on to use that momentum to attack, zipping out towards Finneon, again a blur.

//Ok then. in that case i should know what to do now\\
Stupidly, by making the Lucario, whom was standing in front of the Trainer, dodge the attack, Sulteron got sprayed in the face with Water Gun. Which i guess lead to good news, because it means that Mila didn't get hit. Mila then sped behind the Finneon - who was not aware because it presumed that Lucario had been hit - and launched a Quick Attack. It looked a bit like a matrix. It sped towards finneon, slowed down to attack, then quickly took a strike at the fish. Much like the matrix actually.
Finneon smacked onto the land where Sulteron was standing, almost collapsed. How much longer can it hold up for?

Sulteron spat the water out her mouth, flicked her ears to rid them of it, and wiped her eyes. Her damp hair dripped water back into them again, so she wiped them again, pulling back said wet hair. Well, she might be a little wet, but what did that matter? Finneon was almost defeated! She grinned, immensly proud of her newly evolved Lucario. "Way to go, Mila! Quick Attack, before it can recover!" she called.
A smile crossed the Lucario's lips, and he barely stumbled as he stopped. He was getting better with this new, bigger him. He dashed towards where Finneon had smacked onto, hoping that this would be the final hit of the battle.
