Eating at the School {Open}

[Angel]

Merle strectched her arms as she walked into the large hall that was serving food. The food was hot adn was giving the room a slight warmth and she felt happy. Running over to where there was free food (thanks to the entry fee that covered almost all cost) she plucked a juicy red apple and smiled at it....It looked so delicious.....Titan (her Buizel) grabbed himself a glass of water and a salad - after all he had to keep himself healthy for training. Merle held the apple i n her mouth as she used her free hadns to grab a tray with a pasta dish, some lemonade and a slice of cheese cake. Seeing that no one else was in the large room she shrugged and kicked off the floor adn over toward a nearby chair. Luckily the food remained on the tray without spilling. She sat down and Titan scuttled himself to sit next to her. Taking the apple out of her mouth with a lrage crunch, Merle satred around the high ceilinged room and shouted,
"Anyone here?"
The remark echoed across the room. Could there really be no one else inside the lunch hall?

[Firo]

Nat awoke with a jump as he heard an echoing voice suddenly booming through the silent Cafeteria seeming to hit every space in the room at once only to bounce back at attack Nat. The jump start awakening was great to get him going again but when you're sleeping on a bench it can cause you to hit your head. Since he started this school everything seemed to hit him, the voice, the flying paper, his bed frame, it's like he was a pain magnet or something. Nat sighed heavily as he stood up and let his eyes adjust to the room since everything he saw currently was a blur of a blur. He could make out the shape of somethings vaguely like a garbage can, a wall, the table and even a person's shoes not to far away.

He stood to his feet and then almost instantly to the tips of his toes as he stretched and bounced up and down a little making sure he was okay and unharmed. Before he spoke he flipped over the tables between him and the speaker and as he cleared the distance he stopped in front of the girl and bowed without looking up. "Nat Vargas here, did you call?" He asked a little confused thinking it was a teacher who thought he was skipping class he dared not to look into their eyes. He believed it would be impolite to do so if he had done something wrong and being brought up in a dojo just reinforced that policy. The voice was a little familiar but...from where.

[Angel]

Merle jumped when suddenly the boy from her Trainer Basics class appeared. It was a happy surprise as she didn't particularly want to eat by herself or even by herself. She smiled as he bowed, obvioulsy not recognising her. Merle stood up and leant forward slightly with one hand on her hip. She smiled pleasantly and then flicked the boy's bowed head adn laughed - hoping to give the impression that she wasn't a teacher,
"It's me! The one and only Merle."
She giggled as she said it and then stopped when Titan tugged on her dress, his expression indicating she was being quite the idiot. Merle ruffled the top of her Buizel's head and then sat back down and indicated the seat opposite her,
"You can sit down if you want Nat. We don't really know much about each other and I think I need a friend in this school."
Titan rolled his eyes and carried on eating his salad, honestly teenagers. Especially teenage girls. Then he humphed lightly in happiness, well at least he would have some excitement at this school.

[Firo]

Nat felt a flick on the top of his head and voice exclaiming the presence was none other then Merle from trainer basics, it made sense why he recognized the voice. Smiling a wide smile his eyes closed and he rubbed the top of his head, "Hey Merle! Nice to meet you here." he replied as he took his seat. Popping out of it's pokemon was none other than Gible whom landed on the table with a half heroic pose and announced, "Gible, GIble" (Have no fear Gible is here) Seemingly to the whole world at once. "Hey there buddy, how you doing?" Nat asked the pokemon and with a thumbs up and a wink was it's reply. Nat couldn't help but laugh at the small pokemon and pulled it onto his lap as it happily chanted a song containing nothing but it's name.

Nat happily rubbed the top of the pokemon's head as it chanted and smiled at it sweetly with thoughts of his Cubone dashing through his mind. Breaking the thought chain Nat realized Merle asked about him and with a smile in her direction he began his reply. "Well there isn't much to know about me. I'm a Ninja from the Kanto region and left my Cubone at home for this school. I'm sure she's happy at home with her position of power in the dojo back home." Nat explained as he looked at the girl with his ever present smile. "Enough about me, you still haven't told me about you." He said sincerely still not learning anything about her since his question in class. He pondered about the girls pas and made a few guesses but awaited her final say before guessing anymore.

[Angel]

Merle held her hands in her lap and then enthusiastically smiled and happily said,
"You're a ninja! Wow!"
Titan silently ate his salad as he secretly watched the pair, he thought back to Trainer Basics and how the Gible loved to cpoy everything its trainer did. Then his lettuce fell from his hand as Nat asked about Merle and he worringly glanced to his right to see how Merle would react. Would she be alright answering this question? Luckily Merle seemed her usual happy self and quietly (but still loud enough to hear) said with slight happiness,
"There's even less to know about me. Basically I woke up one day on a beach without any memories or family. Since then I taught myself gymnastics and the sort. Once I had fully learnt all of that, I made a lving by aerning money by catching criminals and sutff. Then I finally earned enough to get me tuition into Trinity Sky."

Buizel watched with sad eyes as Merle spoke of what had happened to her. there was a slight silence and then Titan's ear twitched whilst the rest of him remained still. There was a flash of red light and the form of a Vulpix appeared before everyone. The little fox looked around adn then she jumped into Merle's arms and her eyes glinted as she lokoed at the Buizel beside her. Titan blushd and picked up some lettuce to eat, Merle looked over at them and laughed as sheheld her Vulpix in her arms,
"This is Fiera, I caught her quite recently - she's a little infatuated with Titan as you can see."

[Firo]

"No memories?....wow" He thought to himself quietly as his Gible began to every motion made by the eating Buizel and for some reason was really good at it. The Teal dragon was pretty amazing at acting like a buizel for sush a short stubby pokemon. How it even managed to move somewhat like the slender water pokemon had Nat confused a little but he didn't really show it. Nat felt little bad about bringing that up and knew he had to do something to at least try to help. "Hey Merle i'm sorry about bringing that up and all...If there is anything i can do to help...just let me know okay." He wanted to make up for bringing up the memories and didn't want to linger on the topic. "If you'd be interested i could teach you anything about Ninjutsu you would like to know." Nat's Gible looked at him with a confused look because Nat never made that offer, Especially after Nat told him about keeping it a secret and never exposing the secrets behind it. Something was up here Nat would never do that for anybody...would he? The Gible thought about this before it came to a conclusion it didn't share but insted went back to copying the water pokemon again.

[Angel]

Merle smiled happily as she stroked Fiera in her arms. It was a happy, warm smile. She looked at Nat and said,
"I'd love that. But I don't have the first clue about Ninjitsu and maybe the Lunch Hall isn't quite the place. But then I was never the one to follow rules..."
Titan laughed at that - at least his trainer ahd noticed that she wasn't quite obidient and played by the rules and often got into trouble. Fiera blinked happily at Titan and the Buizel smiled at her awkwardly,
"Um....hi Fiera...hey! Isn't that a Gible over there!"
He pointed towar the tiny dragon Pokemon after finsihign his salad, he jumped across the table to sit beside him. Hoping this would distract the lovey dovery Vulpix.

[Firo]

"Ninjutsu is easy. You just need to be able to focus." he stated as he regained his confidence, "Watch." He let loose a flow of energy and from from it in the he focused it onto a fork he found on the table. Picking it up and letting the force he was exerting surround the fork and covered it with both hands. As he lifted his hand a leaf was in it's place and floated gently from his hand. He smirked as he did it and watch the leaf fly off before returning into it's previous fork form and fell with a loud metallic clang. Nat couldn't help but smile as he had so easily performed what took him a while to master .

Gible jumped slightly as the Buizel appeared next to him suddenly and with no movement at all it stared directly at it with a smile.

[Angel]

Merle watched in awe and amazement as Nat managed to turn the fork into a leaf and then bakc again. As teh metal cutlary clanged onto the table Merle smield with anticipation, standing up from her seat she put her hands on the table to stare closer at the seemingly normal fork, her eyes wide. As she did this, Fiera leapt onto the table too to look at the fork that had just a moment ago become a leaf. She blinked with her chocolate coloured eyes. She smiled sneakily and focused on the frok,
"Watch this. I can do better then that."
Merle heard ehr Vulpix speak and with surprise looked down, but it was too late. Fiera had opened her mouth wide for a sea of flames to erupt and surround the fork justas the boy had used his own energy to do the same. Merle picked up Fiera and twisted to remove the Vulpix from the fork. Merle narrowed her eyes and said,
"Fiera I don't know what sort of logic you were using there, but no matter what you do - using an ember attack to make a fork into a leaf is never going to happen."

Fiera's ears drooped and her limbs dropped in her trainer's arms. She just wanted to show Titan that she could do the saem impressive thing as the boy. Merle smield kindlya s the Vulpix became sad and she rubbed her nose against the fox Pokemon's. fiera cheered up instantly adn remained in Merle's arms as she sat back down. Whilst Merle had been telling off Fiera, titan had taken it upon himself to cool down the boiling hot fork by using a squirt of his water gun, adn shaking his head in annoyance. Girls really did never think. Merle turned back to Nat as she stroked the Vulpix in her arms,
"So how does that work? It must have taken a while to figure out...Hm....Teach me!"
Merle excalimed happily. It probably wouldn't work right away but everything was worth a try; nothing happened straight away after all.

[Birdybot]

Furumi and Sulteron were last in line for food, but they hadn't spoken to each other. Furumi noticed a table which had something interesting going on on it, and a few empty seats. He took his tray of barely cooked meat, mixed vegetables and orange juice to the table and sat down, nodding to Merle and Nat. The girl was pretty cute, he noticed with a shy smile. Fairo giggled softly, rested his paws on his trainer's wings and whispered a mocking ~Oooo-oooh!~[/color][/i] into Furumi's ears, who rolled his eyes and nudged the Houndour. Fairo grunted and sat next to him. Furumi looked at the two people sitting on this table, along with the Pokémon. "My name is Furumi, this is Fairo. What is it you are doing?" he asked.

Sulteron noticed a table with space. What was going on there? It seemed a boy had turned fork into a leaf! WOW! She looked at Hinote and Swablu. "Look! That boy turned a fork into a leaf!" she told them excitedly. Hinote's eyes widened as it turned back into a fork, clattering to the ground. Swablu swooped over and picked it up in her beak, examining it as she returned. ~It's an ordinary fork!~[/color] she announced, voice muffled by the metal object in her mouth. They made their way to the table, tray of fruit and salad and milk the very opposite of Furumi's more carniverous diet. She looked at him; he was quite hansome. She looked at the others. Merle and Nat, from Trainer Class! "Hey, Merle and Nat! I saw you in Trainer Class! I'm Sulteron, remember? Do you mind telling what that awesome fork-leaf thing was you did just then?" she asked, excitement obvious.

[Angel]

Merle turned around to see a strange morphed boy sit next to her. She didn't wiat for Nat's answer, and instead - being intrigued adn completely stupid - grabbed teh boys ears and inspected them. They were like a Pokemon's yet...not....She inspected the fluffy like ears with interest and said,
"Furumi huh? What's with these ears?"
Merle let go of the ears and sat back in her seat, Titan smacking his head on the table because his trainerwas so stupid and rude sometimes. Fiera looked around at the crowded table now and disappeared back inside her Pokeball. Titan, noticing Fiera had vanished jumped over to sit with Merle - sitting on lap to ensure her hands didn't stray toward the boy's strange features yet again. He sighed and spoke to his trainer slowly,
"Merle, sometimes you can be so dense and rude. Good thing you haev me here."

Merle smield and theh rubbed Titan's head and waved when she saw Sulteron sit next to them too. Wow, so many people in one room - this was weird but Merle was glad she had made a group of friends even if it was a sligtly small group. It was better that way!

[Firo]

Nat looked about the lunch room for where the voice had come from and noticed Sulteron walk into the room and with a smile and a wave he welcomed the new girl into the room. "Hey, how are you doing?" he asked happily. Noticing what Merle was doing to the boy's ears he couldn't help but stare for a few seconds. "What is she doing..." he thought quitely before approaching the boy, "I wonder if i can transform his ears..." Nat ran up to the boy and grabbed the ears and quickly focused a stream of energy to them hoping they would change shape but he wasn't entirely sure.

Gible noticed that Buizel had left it's company and a sad emotion went through it's body as it hopped onto the table with a sad expression on it's face. It stopped in front of Buizel and reached out a hand with it's expression unchanging. "Please Buizel, Be my friend." It stuttered in a mixture of it's own name to Nat but he was too busy transforming ears to notice.

[Angel]

Merle laughed silently as Nat grabbed the boy's ears too. She couldn't help it; he looked so serious as he focused on the fluffy things in his hands. Titan shook his head as Merle laughed and made him wiggle in her lap - he looked up when he heard a small voice. The Gible held out a hand and seemed quite shy, he smiled gently and then jumped up onto the table next to Gible, taking his hand.
"Sure I will. You seem a resasonable fellow after all. And though it is true I am a Buizel, call me Titan; it's the name Merle gave me."
Buizel smiled as he shoko the little dragon's hand. He didn't pay attention to Merle as she seemed to be having too much fun with the other humans. And he started up a ocnversation with Gible.

Maenwhile, Merle did not notic eth weight had lifted from her lap as she continued to laugh at Nat's fascination with Furmi's ears. The poor boy...She calmed down her silent laughing and turned to her side where Sulteron adn Hinote the Growlithe were - it seemed they had a Swablu with them. They were rare but it didn't seem as if the Swablu belonged to Sulteron. Merle smiled at the Growlithe and Swablu and said,
"Why don't you join Titan and Gible; I'm sure they wouldn't mind."
And as the Pokemon thought it over Merle held out a hand to Sulteron,
"Nice to meet you again Sulteron."
Then looking over at Nat still holding onto the boy's ears and Furumi rather unpleased that that was happening she whispered with slight mocking,
"Boy's sure are weird aren't they?"

[Birdybot]

Furumi reached up and grabbed Nat's hand, pulling it back to his side with respectable strength without even making eye contact. "Please don't do that," he said politely, English voice clashing with Nat's American. He looked at the girls and rolled his eyes. The other one with the ears was pretty cute as well. And he imagined that she had a Pokémon form as well. He looked at Nat. "My ears do change every month, but you wouldn't see it; I'd kill you first. Not of my own will, of course." he announced calmly, keeping a straight face before he took a bite of his food.

Sulteron nodded to Merle as Hinote, Fairo and Swablu joined Titan and Gible. "Boys? Yep, they're very weird. These two, at least. I mean, grabbing ears? Saying that his ears change and he'd kill someone of non-free will?" she laughed, then noticed Furumi's hand clench into a fist as he gritted his teeth. She didn't know that he was currently fighting back his monster form. "Hey, calm down. Harmless fun, right?" she grinned, holding out her hand for Furumi to shake. He eyed her expressionlessly, then took it.

[Angel]

Merle laughed. Everyone seemed to be getting along and now that she'd eaten she had a lot of energy to kill, she jumped onto the table and held her fist clenched in confidence.
"Let's do something to kill some energy!"
Titan sighed and shook his head, jumping on all fours onto the table and then bouding up to Merle's shoulder, squirting water in face gently to hopefully zap her out of her nonsensical ways,
"Calm down Merle, now is the time fro relaxing."
Merle wiped the water off and grabbed Titan in her hands, slinking him over her shoulder like a stuffed toy as his body dangled ib Merle's grasp. Suddenly Merle smiled and said with enthusiasm,
"I have an idea!"

She did a short bakc flip off the table and landed as if she had done nothing extraordinary,
"Let's go to Windsong Beach in the Midnight Region- we can have a bunch of fun there! Plus we can let all our Pokemon out! What d'ya say?"
Merle asked everyone as she faced them with a large smiled across her face - she had always wanted to go to the beach.
